Naile Yeşilada
Embryologist
An embryology professional who combines a strong academic foundation in biology with postgraduate training in clinical embryology, laboratory experience, quality-control processes and assisted reproductive technologies.
An embryology career built on academic training and developed through clinical laboratory experience.
Naile Yeşilada completed her bachelor’s degree in Biology at Marmara University and further developed her expertise through the Clinical Embryology Master’s Programme at Istanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University.
She began gaining professional experience during her university years as a trainee biologist in hospitals and IVF centres, where she was introduced early to clinical laboratory workflows and fundamental embryology procedures.
Her experience spans academic laboratories and clinical IVF laboratories, including assisted reproductive technologies, quality control, validation studies and documentation processes that support reliable laboratory practice.
at the
microscopic scale.
Standardisation, documentation and attention to detail at every laboratory step.
Clinical embryology involves more than technical procedures; it requires controlled, traceable processes performed in line with scientific standards. Naile Yeşilada has developed this laboratory discipline through experience across different centres.
Clinical embryology procedures
Active contribution to the day-to-day clinical processes of the IVF laboratory within assisted reproductive technologies.
Monitoring laboratory processes
Supporting regular laboratory quality-control procedures and compliance with established standards.
Reliable practice framework
Validation studies and process evaluations that support the reliability of laboratory practices.
Traceable laboratory practice
Responsibility for careful and systematic monitoring of laboratory records.
Reliability in the embryology laboratory is built through consistent attention to the smallest details.
Quality in an embryology laboratory requires equipment, procedures, records, environmental conditions and every procedural step to be considered as an integrated whole.
Scientific Rigour
A careful, controlled and scientifically grounded approach to laboratory practice.
Quality Culture
Treating quality control and validation as integral parts of daily laboratory practice.
Ethical Responsibility
A strong awareness of ethical responsibility in laboratory procedures within assisted reproduction.
Team Collaboration
Contributing to the patient journey through coordinated work with clinical and laboratory teams.
Validation, documentation and quality-control processes are all part of a shared quality culture that supports traceable and reliable laboratory practice.
From academic laboratory experience to clinical IVF embryology.
Trainee Biologist
Early professional experience in clinical laboratory workflows and fundamental embryology procedures.
Assistant Laboratory Supervisor
Supported laboratory organisation, practical procedures and academic work in the Embryology and Histology Laboratory.
Embryologist
Active role in assisted reproductive technologies, with responsibilities in laboratory quality control, validation studies and documentation.
Embryologist
Further development of embryology experience through different clinical applications.
Embryologist
Contributing to clinical and laboratory processes with scientific rigour, ethical responsibility and a patient-centred approach.
From biology to specialisation in clinical embryology.
Her academic pathway reflects a progression from fundamental biological sciences to specialised clinical practice in assisted-reproduction laboratories.

Controlled process
Supporting laboratory procedures within organised and clearly defined workflows.
ART procedures
Active role in embryology-laboratory processes within assisted reproductive technologies.
Validation and documentation
Regular monitoring of quality control, validation studies and laboratory documentation.
Coordination with the clinical team
A multidisciplinary approach supporting close alignment between laboratory and clinical processes.
Embryology brings scientific precision and ethical responsibility together within the same laboratory culture.
Reliable outcomes in a clinical embryology laboratory are supported by scientific knowledge, careful practice, accurate documentation, a strong quality culture and team coordination. Naile Yeşilada regards these principles as fundamental to laboratory practice.
We combine a scientific laboratory approach with an experienced team.
