Born in 1987, Demet Varlı has been actively working in the IVF sector since 2009. Throughout her nearly 17-year professional career, she has had the opportunity to work with many leading physicians and institutions in the field, and has developed strong expertise in building effective communication with patients and their families through the knowledge and experience she has gained.

Demet Varlı received her education in Business Administration at Anadolu University and Hospital Management at Istanbul University. She has continuously improved herself in the areas of patient relations, process management, and business development. To further support her professional growth, she has completed various training programs in diction, patient-centered care, communication with difficult patients, effective communication with patients and their relatives, and telephone-based patient communication.
