Yaren Yılancılar was born in Nicosia, North Cyprus in 1999. In 2020, she graduated with First-Class Honours from the University of East Anglia, in the United Kingdom, obtaining a BSc (Hons) degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics. During her undergraduate studies, she interned at the Embryology and Andrology laboratories of Doğuş IVF Center in North Cyprus.
In 2021, she initiated her professional career as a Junior Embryologist at Vita Altera IVF Center in North Cyprus. After gaining valuable experience in both Andrology and Embryology, in 2022, Yaren was awarded with the European Union Scholarship and admitted for the degree of Master in Human Assisted Reproductive Technologies, a program conducted by the renowned Eugin Fertility Group and affiliated Pompeu Fabra University, the foremost Spanish University. During her Master’s studies, she actively engaged in numerous applied clinical training sessions at the Eugin Barcelona Clinic.
Between March-July 2023, she worked as an Intern Embryologist at one of the Eugin Fertility Group’s clinics, FecunMed Fertility and Assisted Reproduction Clinic in Granollers, Spain. Meanwhile, she successfully completed her Masters Research Project, under the mentorship of the Scientific Coordinator at the Eugin Barcelona Clinic.
Following her Master’s graduation in Spain, she began working as an Embryologist at our Ventus IVF Center. Apart from her primary role in the laboratory, she manages the Clinical and Laboratory Quality Management Systems at Ventus IVF Center.
Embryologist Yaren is a member of European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and actively participates in ESHRE courses. Additionally, her native language is Turkish, and she is proficient in English at a professional level.
