Naile Yeşilada was born in 1997 in Güzelyurt, Northern Cyprus. She completed her undergraduate studies in Biology at Marmara University and further advanced her expertise in clinical embryology by obtaining a Master’s degree in Clinical Embryology from Istanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University.
She began her professional career during her student years as a trainee biologist in hospitals and IVF centers, where she gained experience in clinical laboratory workflows and fundamental embryology practices. Between 2019 and 2021, she worked as an Assistant Laboratory Supervisor in the Embryology and Histology Laboratory at Yeditepe University, contributing to laboratory organization, operational processes, and academic Activities.
From 2023 to 2025, she served as an Embryologist at British Cyprus IVF Hospital, where she actively took part in assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures. She also assumed responsibilities in laboratory quality control, validation processes, and documentation.
In 2025, Naile Yeşilada continued her professional practice as an embryologist at Gynolife IVF Center, further strengthening her experience across diverse clinical settings. She is currently working as an Embryologist at Ventus IVF Center, where she contributes to clinical and laboratory processes with a strong commitment to scientific precision, ethical responsibility, and patient-centered care.
