Fatma Yaman is a Native English speaker. She is a Management graduate from Hertfordshire University, United Kingdom.
She worked as a Local Government Executive Officer with the Inner London Education Authority (ILEA) Continued her employment locally as a Bursar and joined the Learning Trust who managed the education service in the London Borough of Hackney as a Business Analyst. Her responsibilities extended to allocating and monitoring budgets to schools within the Borough of Hackney. She provided training for Headteachers and Governors in school finance management. She worked as a consultant and assisted the Norwich Primary Care Trust with their Project prior to coming to Cyprus.

In her role at Ventus IVF Center, she negotiates contracts and agreements with agencies and sperm banks as well as negotiating collaborative working with Doctors from the international community.
